FIND YOUR PATH

At Koryo Martial Arts, every class is built around more than just technique. Strength, conditioning, mobility, and real lifestyle guidance are woven into everything we do — so every student leaves stronger in body and mind.

TAEKWONDo

Led by Master Janice Roseberry

Our Taekwondo programs meet 3 times per week, with a minimum of 2 classes per week required to promote in rank every 4 months.

Preschool Ages 3–5 · Saturday Mornings · 8-Week Program

The perfect first step for curious little ones. Led by Master Janice Roseberry, our Preschool Program introduces the basics of Taekwondo through fun, age-appropriate activities designed to build structure, patience, and listening skills. Classes run in 8-week intervals on Saturday mornings — low commitment, high impact. Most of our preschool students love it so much they can't wait to join our Little Dragons program and keep going!

Little Dragons Ages 4–6 · 3 Classes Per Week

The natural next step after our Preschool Program — and the beginning of a real martial arts journey. Master Janice Roseberry guides Little Dragons through the fundamentals of Taekwondo, basic techniques, Olympic-style sparring, and anti-bullying behaviors in a safe, encouraging, and energetic environment. A program your child will look forward to every single week. Students attending a minimum of 2 classes per week are eligible to promote in rank every 4 months.

Dragons Ages 7–9 · 3 Classes Per Week

Students in the Dragons class begin exploring intermediate Taekwondo concepts with a greater emphasis on forms, sparring, and strength training. Focus and respect for others are reinforced in every session as students work toward their next rank. Students attending a minimum of 2 classes per week are eligible to promote in rank every 4 months.

Pre-Teens Ages 10–12 · 3 Classes Per Week

Our Pre-Teen class bridges the gap between our kids programs and adult training. Students at this level take on more advanced techniques, increased sparring, basic self defense, and a deeper understanding of what it means to be a martial artist. No matter where your child is in their journey, our Pre-Teen class is designed to challenge, support, and grow with them. Students attending a minimum of 2 classes per week are eligible to promote in rank every 4 months.

Adult Taekwondo Ages 13 and up · 3 Classes Per Week

Whether you're a complete beginner or a returning martial artist, our adult Taekwondo class is welcoming, challenging, and built around real progress. Along with forms, sparring, and rank progression, we incorporate basic self defense so every student leaves with practical real-world skills. Master Janice Roseberry leads students from their very first class all the way to Black Belt and beyond. Students attending a minimum of 2 classes per week are eligible to promote in rank every 4 months.
